Nothing changes for you.
The price of your basket is inclusive of VAT.
No additional costs will be added to the purchases you make in the French sogaia.com store, and even for all buyers from the European Union.
This new tax imposed by the EU, only applies when you make a purchase on a site outside the EU, or on an e-commerce site that does not tell you that there will be no additional costs.
It will then be claimed by the postal delivery services, upon receipt of your package.
For France this tax is equivalent to VAT, that is to say 20% in addition to the purchase price.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Our average delivery times are 7 to 12 days for some items and 12 to 17 working days for others. To avoid storage costs, we work directly with our producers in France and abroad and therefore have no intermediary.
This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you could have in a physical store.
- WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our deliveries are guaranteed.
In the event that your order is not delivered, or if the delivery was made beyond 45 days after your purchase, we will refund your order in full by automatic transfer, and you would keep your purchase if you were delivered.
- WHERE DO WE DELIVER AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
We deliver all over the world.
Delivery costs are FREE for France for all orders.
- WHO ARE WE?
Our company is French . We ship our packages directly from our producers in France and abroad.
- WHO DELIVERS MY ARTICLE?
Your items are delivered through the local post service, such as Colissimo, Colis Privé, Colicoli, and Urbit.
- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Items are delivered according to the terms of the local post office.
- WHAT IF NOBODY IS AT HOME?
Our items will be left in your PO box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office or at the collection point closest to you, where you can collect it.
- I MADE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been placed on the site, no more changes can be made. Everything is processed and sent automatically to the departments concerned.
- MY ORDER IS MISSING, WHERE ARE THEY?
Our items are sent from different warehouses. If you order several different items, you may receive each product at different times (usually 1 to 3 days between items). On the other hand, if you order the same item 3 times, then they will all be sent in 1 single package.
- IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
This site is 100% secure .
Here's why :
First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).
Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders.
On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.
Finally, concerning the payment, we use Stripe which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.
In summary, ordering from Sogaïa is safe and secure.
- WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or with Paypal on our site.
Your credit card information during payment will be automatically encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol, with AES-256 type encryption.
We do not accept bank cheques, transfers or payments upon receipt.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT OR IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?
We offer a "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" guarantee.
In accordance with the article of law L221-18 , you can ask for the refund of your purchase during 14 days after reception of the article.
But in your Sogaïa store , if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us up to 30 days after receipt.
A full refund of the purchase price of the item will be made to the payment credit card or the purchase PayPal account, provided that all returned products are in perfect condition.
In accordance with the article of law L221-23, the expenses of return remain with your load . Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
Finally, any order cancellation cannot be made after validation of purchase in the sogaia.com shop.
If you wish to be reimbursed, this can only be done after receipt of your order. Any refund request before this cannot be made. All orders are sent and processed automatically to the logistics department, and customer service does not have the possibility of intervening on the orders made.
1- Send us photos of the item from all angles and with good resolution.
- Items to be returned must be in new condition to be reimbursed.
- Each gift (Available only with the purchase of an item) must also be returned.
In the event of non-return of the gift corresponding to the item to be refunded, you will be invoiced at the price displayed in the gift collection, and deducted from the refund.
2- After receiving the photos, we validate the return for you for the first time.
- You will then only have to return your order to the address that we will indicate to you later, and send us by email the proof of sending it, in order to be reimbursed if the return package was lost or damaged.
In accordance with article L221-23, and the information in our FAQs, the return costs are your responsibility.
- We will fully refund your purchase upon receipt and verification of the new condition of the item, and will receive the refund on your account within 24 to 72 hours depending on the bank.
You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as it is made.
- QUE DOIS-JE FAIRE SI JE REÇOIS MA COMMANDE ENDOMMAGÉE?
Si votre commande est endommagé:
- Nous informer impérativement par mail dans les 72h après réception de la commande, en nous envoyant des photos claires est précises, de l'article endommagé sous tous les angles.
PS : Passé ce délai de contrôle du colis, aucun remboursement ou échange d'article ne pourra être effectué.
Une fois le litige traité, et confirmé, le remboursement ou le renvoi d'un nouvel article vous sera proposé, selon votre préférence.
