- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Our average delivery times are 3 to 6 days for some items and 7 to 10 working days for others, in France. To avoid storage costs, we work directly with our producers in France and abroad, with no intermediaries. Delivery times can be from 12 to 17 working days in France for some items, such as engraved or personalized kits, which are made to order, or some other Trousses or Vanity cases. Delivery times vary according to time of year, geographical location, country of delivery, current events (Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, Annual Inventory, etc.) and postal service processing of deliveries. But on the whole, most items are delivered within 7 to 10 working days in France, and 10 to 14 working days in Europe.

This enables us to offer you very competitive rates compared to what you could get in a physical store.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our deliveries are guaranteed.

In the event that your order is not delivered, or if the delivery is made more than 45 days after your purchase, we will give you a full refund. and you will keep your purchase if it is delivered.

Our items are shipped from different warehouses. If you order several different items, you may receive each one at a different time (usually 1-3 days apart). However, if you order the same item 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 package.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT OR WANT TO RETURN IT?

We offer a "SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK" guarantee.

In accordance with the article of law L221-18you may request a refund of your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the item.

A full refund of the purchase price of the item will be made. to the credit card used for payment or to the PayPal account used for purchase, provided that all products returned are in perfect condition.

If you wish to be reimbursed, this can only be done after receipt of your order. Any request for reimbursement prior to this cannot be made. All orders are sent and processed automatically by the logistics department, and customer service is unable to intervene in orders placed.
