About Sogaïa
Our story
Sogaïa was founded in Montpellier in 2021 from a simple observation: at the time, there was no shop specialising in toiletry bags and vanity cases. You could find a few models lost among luggage or beauty aisles, but nowhere a real choice designed for people who travel. So we created one: a shop entirely dedicated to toiletry bags and vanity cases.
Then airlines changed their rules: on many flights, the free cabin allowance is now limited to one bag that must fit under the seat. So we added a collection of cabin backpacks in sizes accepted by airlines, so you can travel light without paying extra.
What we do
We choose each model for how it is really used: a toiletry bag that hangs up in a hotel room, a vanity case that protects fragile products, a backpack that fits in the cabin. To help you choose, our guides answer the questions people ask before they leave: what cabin bag size each airline allows, or what to pack in a toiletry bag.
