Refund policy
In accordance witharticle L221-18 For distance selling, you can request the refund of your purchase for 14 days after receipt of the item.
In accordance with article L221-23, the return costs remain at your expense.
Our reimbursement policy lasts up to 30 days after receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase reception, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perisable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or gas or flammable liquids.
